Big Rascal BBQ is looking for a friendly, dependable, and experienced server to join our crew in Ocala. We're a busy, family-owned restaurant with loyal regulars, a fast-moving dining room, and a team that works together to keep service running smoothly. We need someone who can step into a restaurant environment confidently, provide great hospitality, and stay organized when things get busy. Previous restaurant serving experience is required. Applicants should already be comfortable taking accurate orders, handling multiple tables, communicating with the kitchen, processing payments, completing side work, and keeping their section clean and organized. This is not an entry-level serving position. We're looking for someone who: Has previous restaurant serving experience Is dependable and arrives ready to work Maintains a positive attitude under pressure Communicates well with guests and coworkers Understands the importance of teamwork Is willing to learn our menu and service standards Can keep up during busy shifts without sacrificing hospitality Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking and entering orders accurately, serving food and beverages, checking on tables, processing payments, completing opening and closing duties, and helping maintain a clean and welcoming dining room.
