Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive seating arrangements to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted clearly Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to maximize sales opportunities Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while handling cash with accuracy and integrity Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine pairings, spirits, and menu items to elevate guest satisfaction Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed during busy periods or special events Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow in both fine dining settings and lively nightclub environments Qualifications Previous food service experience in restaurants, fine dining establishments, or nightlife venues is highly preferred Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine, and drink garnishing techniques Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Culinary experience or food industry background is advantageous but not required Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours Nightclub or bar experience is beneficial for roles involving beverage service in lively settings Strong communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff and fellow servers Join us as a Server where your enthusiasm fuels unforgettable guest experiences!
