Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and completeness Serve food, cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments via POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Upsell menu items such as specialty drinks or desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery while managing multiple tables effectively Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable; ability to process sales transactions efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that fosters guest relations Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, beverage service, and food handling procedures Experience with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food preparation techniques Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining a positive attitude Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced hospitality environment Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable dining experiences!
