The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to enhance guest experience. Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining guest satisfaction. Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards of service. Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, ensuring timely service and satisfaction. Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately through the POS system. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and service stations. Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub environments. Familiarity with food handling, safety regulations, and sanitation practices is essential. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and guest requests simultaneously. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately. Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation is beneficial but not required.
