Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards and proper food handling procedures Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities through suggestive selling techniques like OpenTable reservations or fine dining recommendations Manage cash handling, billing, and cashiering tasks accurately at the end of each shift Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food sanitation protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Experience in food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of food industry standards including basic math for cashiering and check splitting Serving or host/hostess experience is a plus, along with culinary or kitchen experience for better understanding of food preparation processes Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier guest experiences!
