Experienced Bartender/Server to join our team full-time! This is a dual-role position perfect for someone who loves both crafting drinks AND connecting with guests. We need a reliable, committed team member who can work multiple shifts per week including evenings and weekends. What you'll earn:

• $11.00/hour plus tips
• Full-time hours (30-40 hours per week)

Schedule:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and mixed drinks
• Take orders and serve food/beverages to tables
• Provide exceptional customer service at the bar and on the floor
• Help develop and grow our bar business
• Maintain bar and dining area cleanliness
• Manage bar inventory and supplies
• Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff
• Cover shifts and be flexible when team members are out What we offer:

Requirements:

• Previous bartending AND serving experience

REQUIRED

(minimum 2 years combined)

• Must be available Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings
• Weekend availability is

NON-NEGOTIABLE

• Must be 18+ and able to obtain Florida alcohol service certification
• Knowledge of classic cocktails and drink preparation
• Ability to multi-task between bar and tables
