You will help ensure orders are accurate, guests are satisfied, and the restaurant operates smoothly during service. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service Accurately explain menu items and answer customer questions Take food and beverage orders using the restaurants POS system Ensure orders are entered correctly and delivered efficiently Perform opening and closing side work assigned by management Process payments and receipts accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area Help create a positive experience that encourages guest to return Requiurements Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude with a guest-first mindset Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Reliable and punctual Additional Expectations Attend occasional staff meetings with a two weeks notice provided by management Participate in team discussion and service improvement meetings as needed Maintain professionalism and teamwork during all shifts and meetings Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) Previous restaurant or serving experience Experience working in high-volume environments Familiarity with POS systems Training Training will be provided before the restaurant opening Employees are expected to complete the training period to become familiar with restaurant operations, menu items, and service standards Complimentary meals will be provided during training session Perks Discounted employee meals Flexible scheduling Friendly team environment Opportunity to earn strong tip income based on performance and customer service
