Duties Greet and welcome guests promptly, providing a friendly and attentive atmosphere. Take accurate food and beverage orders while offering menu recommendations. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in cash handling. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order delivery. Adhere to food safety standards and regulations, including proper food handling practices. Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or busy shifts. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Basic math skills for processing payments accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
