Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout the event Serve food and beverages efficiently, including wine, cocktails, coffee, and non-alcoholic drinks Set up and break down catering stations, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times Assist with food handling, presentation, and basic food preparation as needed Buss tables promptly to maintain a clean dining environment and support seamless service flow Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing and payment handling accurately Support guest relations by addressing questions or special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm Experience Previous experience in the food industry or catering environment is highly preferred Culinary experience or fine dining background is a plus, demonstrating knowledge of food presentation and service standards Strong guest services skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction Experience with banquet or large event serving is advantageous Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for transactions and portioning accurately Familiarity with beverage service, including wine knowledge and drink presentation techniques Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced, vibrant setting.
