This Tip-pooled position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your customer service skills while working in a sophisticated setting that celebrates the art of fine drinks and cigars. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their visit Take beverage and Cigar orders accurately using POS systems ensuring timely delivery of drinks and Cigars Upsell premium drinks, cigars, or specialty items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with safety regulations, including proper handling of Cigars and beverages Process cash and Credit Card transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in sales transaction processing Assist with setting up the lounge for service, including bussing tables, restocking supplies, and managing guest relations to foster a welcoming atmosphere Experience Previous experience in dining, nightclub settings, or upscale lounges Strong cocktail experience with knowledge of spirits, wine, beverages... Cigar knowledge would be a plus Familiarity with POS systems Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality guest service Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that promotes guest satisfaction and loyalty Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and handling cash transactions confidently Knowledge of safety standards and sanitation practices within the industry Experience with serving cigars or working in cigar lounges is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for learning about cigars is welcomed This dynamic role offers the chance to develop your hospitality expertise in a lively yet refined environment.
