Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Food Runner to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the vital link between the kitchen and the dining area, ensuring that orders are delivered promptly, accurately, and with a friendly smile. Duties Safely transport food from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring timely delivery and presentation quality Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including plating and garnishing to meet quality standards Handle heavy lifting safely when moving large trays or bulk supplies, following proper lifting practices Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate service flow Provide exceptional in-person customer service by greeting guests warmly and responding promptly to their needs Previous experience in food running, serving, or hospitality roles is highly preferred- MUST

BE ABLE TO CARRY A TRAY WITH PLATES ON IT!

Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedure Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely and efficiently Familiarity with restaurant operations, kitchen workflows, and guest services Demonstrated ability to maintain cleanliness through cleaning duties such as wiping surfaces and sanitizing work areas Experience in banquet settings or hotel environments is a plus Passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environmentJoin us in creating exceptional dining experiences!
