We are seeking a dependable and hardworking team member to support back-of-house operations in a busy seafood market. This role helps keep product moving efficiently from storage to display, maintains organized cooler areas, and assists with general stock handling to ensure the market runs smoothly throughout the day. Responsibilities Move seafood and related products from cooler storage to the sales and prep areas as needed Assist with receiving, organizing, and rotating inventory to help maintain product freshness Keep coolers, storage areas, and workspaces clean, orderly, and safe Support team members with stocking, staging, and restocking product Follow food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures at all times Monitor product levels and communicate inventory needs to the team Assist with other back-of-house tasks as assigned Qualifications Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team Good communication and attention to detail Ability to lift, carry, and move product safely as part of daily duties Comfortable performing physical tasks in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in a seafood, grocery, warehouse, or food service setting is helpful but not required What We Offer A supportive team environment Opportunity to learn more about seafood handling and market operations Consistent, hands-on work in a fast-paced setting If you are organized, reliable, and ready to contribute behind the scenes, we encourage you to apply.
