Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and food handling Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed during busy periods Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating efficiently Demonstrate extensive beverage knowledge, including spirits, wine pairings, and cocktail preparation Ensure food safety protocols are followed consistently to guarantee guest health and satisfaction Build strong guest relations by providing personalized service and addressing any concerns promptly Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience with fine dining or nightclub environments enhances your ability to thrive in energetic settings Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to process cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for billing accuracy and sales processing Experience with food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences!
