Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting their favorite ice cream flavors and toppings Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently Handle cash register operations, including processing cash, credit card, and digital payments with precision Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, including ice cream stations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards Manage customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely service and upselling additional treats or products to enhance sales Operate kitchen equipment safely for food preparation tasks related to ice cream serving and toppings assembly Uphold food handling protocols and sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Demonstrated ability in food preparation, serving, and customer service within the food industry or retail sales settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for retail transactions and cashiering duties Strong time management skills to handle multiple customer orders efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and managing sales accurately Experience operating kitchen or food service equipment safely and effectively is a plus Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels delightful experiences!
