Open Positions & Responsibilities Servers (Waiters / Waitresses) Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service. Present menus, explain dishes, and offer food and beverage recommendations. Accurately take orders and enter them into the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently. Check on guests throughout their dining experience and address any requests or concerns. Process payments and handle guest transactions accurately. Maintain clean, organized tables and service stations. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth service. Hostess Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists. Escort guests to their tables and provide menus. Coordinate seating arrangements to maintain an efficient flow of service. Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries. Communicate with servers and management regarding table availability and special requests. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming entrance and reception area. Assist the service team as needed to ensure a positive guest experience. Food Runners Deliver food from the kitchen to the correct tables promptly and accurately. Verify orders for accuracy, completeness, and proper presentation before serving. Communicate with servers and kitchen staff regarding orders and guest requests. Assist with table preparation, utensils, condiments, and other guest needs. Help clear, clean, and reset tables during busy service periods. Maintain cleanliness and organization of food pickup areas and service stations. Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures. Support servers and other team members to ensure efficient dining room operations. General Requirements Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Reliable, punctual, and hardworking. Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization. Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and support fellow team members. Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates. Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
