What We're Looking For:

We're looking for an experienced server with at least 2 years in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting . Someone who can stay sharp under pressure, keep a great attitude, and handle a packed floor without missing a beat. Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar culture is a big plus. You don't need to be a bartender, but you should be comfortable talking about drinks and guiding guests through the menu. Responsibilities Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service from start to finish Manage multiple tables in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality Have strong menu knowledge (food + cocktails) and make recommendations confidently Communicate clearly with bartenders, kitchen staff, and fellow servers Stay organized, detail-oriented, and proactive during busy shifts Maintain a clean and polished section at all times Create a welcoming, upbeat experience for every guest Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Skills Minimum 2 years serving experience in a high-volume setting Strong multitasking and time management skills A positive attitude and team-first mentality Attention to detail (orders, timing, guest needs) Comfortable working nights and weekends Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and spirits is a major plus
