Job Summary We are seeking energetic and friendly individuals to join our team as Servers, Hostesses, Bussers, and Food Runners. In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth operations. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Must be bilingual Duties Greet guests warmly and manage reservations to ensure a seamless arrival experience Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicating clearly with kitchen staff and bartenders Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Clear tables efficiently by bussing dishes and resetting for new guests Assist in maintaining a clean dining environment through regular cleaning and food handling duties Support kitchen staff by delivering food quickly and safely to ensure freshness and quality Provide attentive customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously Skills Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments preferred Knowledge of food handling, cleaning, bussing, serving, and general restaurant operations Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues Familiarity with kitchen procedures or hotel experience is a plus but not required Passion for delivering outstanding customer service with a lively, energetic approach Must be bilingual Peruvian gastronomy knowledge Join us to be part of a passionate team that values hospitality, teamwork, and exceptional service.
