Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary needs are accommodated with precision Serve meals promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Assist with food preparation, including setting up serving stations and helping in kitchen tasks as needed Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and ensuring proper sanitation of all service stations Support the dietary department by assisting with meal delivery and ensuring adherence to food safety protocols Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods while providing excellent customer service Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles is preferred, especially within assisted living, nursing homes, or hospital environments Familiarity with food production, meal preparation, and food handling procedures is highly desirable Experience working in the food industry or culinary settings demonstrates strong kitchen knowledge and customer service skills Knowledge of dietary aide responsibilities and dietary department operations is a plus Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in fast-paced environments Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper cleaning techniques is essential Prior experience with serving in healthcare or senior living facilities enhances your ability to meet specific dietary needs Join us to make a difference through exceptional service!
