Essential Duties Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide exceptional service Operate pointofsale systems to sell tickets, snacks, and drinks; handle cash and card transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the theatre, including restrooms, auditoriums, and lobby Monitor auditoriums for picture, sound, comfort, and guest behavior Politely enforce movie ratings and theatre policies, including ADA compliance Assist guests with questions or special accommodations Support team members and perform additional duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old at the time of hire Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled Strong communication and teamwork skills Professional appearance and demeanor Physical Requirements (With or without reasonable accommodation) Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods Lift and carry up to 50 lbs Work in a fastpaced environment with varying noise levels What Makes Working at Xscape So Great?
