Server Bella Mar Royal Palm Beach Royal Palm Beach, FL Responsibilities:

Provides high quality customer service to residents and guest Deliver and serve meals to residents, families, and guests in an efficient, attentive, and courteous manner Bus tables in dining room and other areas as necessary Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining room(s) Learn core menu items and specials in order to understand and relate the menu to residents and guests Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by the community Ability to act as a liaison between residents and culinary department Maintain a clean professional appearance at all times Understand and observe infection control procedures related to culinary department

Required Qualifications:

Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment in a friendly and professional manner Dedicated and passionate to serve seniors Excellent customer service skills Positive attitude, the flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents Ability to work in a team environment Ability to relate well to residents and their families Have a neat, professional, courteous manner and appearance Must be able to read, write and comprehend
