- Provide excellent customer service to all who visit your restaurant.
- Assist customers with their orders by answering
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using a Point of Sale (POS) system and communicate order details to kitchen staff as necessary.
- Check customer's ID if necessary to ensure they are of legal drinking age.
- Prepare ordered drinks: mimosas, bloody Mary, refill customers' drinks (coffee, soft drinks).
- Prepare your toast after registering your order in the POS.
- Serve food and beverage orders to customers.
- Check with customers to make sure they are enjoying their meal and correct any problems.
- Pre-bus tables; maintain table cleanliness, bus tables, remove dirty plates
- Maintain a clean dining room.
- Roll silverware, set up food stations and prepare for the next service.
- Fill condiment containers.
- Must attend food handler certificate & training.
