Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of menu items including pizza, beverages, and specials Take accurate orders using POS systems, processing sales transactions efficiently Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, and specialty cocktails to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Manage beverage service including wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and drink service etiquette Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area Handle cash transactions accurately while processing payments securely and providing clear receipts Engage with guests to foster positive guest relations and resolve any concerns promptly Skills Proficiency with POS systems for order entry and sales processing Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Experience in food service environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly desirable Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and calculating bills accurately Food safety certification and understanding of sanitation practices in a restaurant setting Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment Join us as an Outcast Pizza Server where your passion for hospitality meets the excitement of a lively dining scene.
