Server Responsibilities Deliver exceptional hospitality and ensure every guest has a memorable experience Take accurate food and beverage orders and provide menu recommendations Maintain knowledge of Duff's menu and promotions Accurately process payments and handle cash transactions Maintain a clean, organized dining environment Work closely with team members and management to ensure smooth operations Shift Lead Responsibilities Selected candidates will have the opportunity to train into the Shift Lead role , supporting daily operations and helping lead the front-of-house team.

Responsibilities include:

Leading front-of-house service during busy shifts Assisting with opening duties and shift readiness Serving as the first point of contact for guest concerns and service recovery Supporting and coaching servers to maintain service standards Communicating with management regarding service flow and operational needs Helping maintain team accountability and positive work culture Leading by example while actively serving tables Shift Leads continue serving guests and keep their tips during leadership shifts.

Compensation Shift Lead shifts:

$23/hour (typically 2 shifts per week) Server shifts: $10.98/hour plus tips Shift Leads actively serve tables while providing leadership support during their shifts.
