Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this role, you will be the friendly face that greets and serves guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your expertise in food and beverage service, combined with your ability to upsell and manage multiple tables efficiently, will contribute to the lively atmosphere of our restaurant. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food handling, serving, and cleaning procedures Assist with bussing tables, resetting stations, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to maintain smooth operations Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is a plus Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask during busy periods Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest satisfaction Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Join us to be part of a lively team that values energetic service, culinary expertise, and creating unforgettable experiences for every guest.
