Server / Counter Staff

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Server / Counter Staff member to join our team at a busy pizza restaurant. This position is both traditional serving responsibilities and flexing to front counter and pizza oven support duties. This is a fully tipped position.

Server Responsibilities:

Take care of dine-in customers with friendly and professional service Take orders accurately and deliver food and drinks promptly Maintain clean dining areas and provide excellent customer service Handle guest concerns in a positive and professional manner

Counter Staff Responsibilities:

Answer phones and take customer orders accurately Operate and manage the pizza oven during busy periods Prepare food and assist with kitchen tasks as needed Package takeout orders and help maintain an organized workspace Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Restaurant experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Reliable, professional, and customer-focused Must be comfortable answering phones and handling food preparation Availability on Sundays is required
