At LINK we pride ourselves not only in our house made sausages and diverse rotating craft beer selection, but also in giving our patrons more than just service; we give them an experience to remember and a reason to come back! Team Leads are responsible for the main supervisory of other FOH servers and ensuring that our guests have an overall satisfactory experience. Other duties include money handling/cash drops, greeting and taking care of guests with warmth and hospitality, taking orders, pouring beers, changing kegs, keeping up with retail rotation, communicating the service process of LINK to the guests (i.e. seating, menu location, how to order, etc.), answering questions about the menu, food, and beverage, taking payments, communicating about orders with the kitchen staff, taking food to the assigned table number, bagging to-go orders, troubleshooting issues that may arise on shift, and providing friendly customer service while upkeeping a clean and organized work environment. Our draft contains 16 lines and does rotate, requiring you to keep up with many different beer styles and inventory. Off-site work will be mandatory. We have a food truck and a very busy schedule, so we are looking for mature staff who are ready and willing to work both on and off-site. You must be willing to work autonomously as well as part of a team, have great communication skills, and are able to handle basic math, cash, and coins.
