Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Square Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Assist with food preparation, beverage service, and bar tending duties as needed, including cocktail mixing and spirits knowledge Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, concerns, or special requests professionally Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders in fine dining or casual settings Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a focus on guest relations and customer service excellence Familiarity with POS systems such as Square for order processing and sales transactions Strong knowledge of beverage service, including wine, spirits, cocktails, and drink presentation techniques Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills for engaging with guests and team members alike Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with open table reservations systems Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous for understanding food preparation processes Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue Join our team if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
