Must be someone ambitious, organized, clean, multi-tasker and a team player. The line server/cashier will be responsible for helping our customers build bowls, in a fun, fast, and friendly environment. If you are looking for fun and positive, look no further! You can have a customer at the counter, an uber order and a phone call all at once but must be managed in an organized manner. We are looking for all shifts! 930am-330pm 330pm-9pm 11-4pm Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly, presenting menus and providing information about daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets our café standards. Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Handle cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments through the cash register. Assist with food preparation and culinary tasks as needed, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the service area. Uphold food handling and safety standards to ensure a clean and safe dining environment. Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining experience for all guests. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or as a Server is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food handling practices and culinary techniques is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is beneficial. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
