We are looking for team members who provide great customer service, work well in a fast-paced environment, and help create a welcoming dining experience for our guests. Host/Hostess Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Seat guests and manage the seating/waiting list Answer phone calls and assist with basic customer questions Help keep the front entrance and host stand clean and organized Assist with takeout orders and packaging when needed Communicate with servers and management to ensure smooth seating Server Responsibilities Greet tables and provide friendly, attentive customer service Take beverage and food orders accurately Deliver drinks and assist with food service as needed Check on guests throughout their dining experience Clear used plates and maintain clean, organized tables Process guest payments accurately Communicate guest requests or concerns to management Maintain cleanliness of assigned sections Assist other servers and team members during busy periods Complete opening and closing side work as assigned Server applicants must have prior restaurant serving experience.
