Job Overview We are seeking energetic and experienced breakfast and lunch servers to join our vibrant team! Duties Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a positive attitude Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve breakfast and lunch items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and feedback promptly Clear tables, bus tables, and assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage seating arrangements effectively Requirements Proven experience as a breakfast or lunch server in a fast-paced restaurant or food industry setting Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell and build guest rapport Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time efficiently during busy service hours while maintaining attention to detail Previous experience in fine dining, nightclub, or hospitality environments is preferred Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and order accuracy Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as required Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
