Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system aka Touch Bistro. Process cash and card transactions smoothly while maintaining accuracy in cash register operations Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales opportunities Prepare and serve food items following safety standards, including operating kitchen equipment safely Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and food safety regulations Assist with food preparation tasks when needed to support kitchen operations Manage customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction Handle retail sales transactions for merchandise or additional offerings as required Support team members during busy periods by sharing responsibilities in food handling and serving Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong food handling knowledge and understanding of food safety management practices Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during high-volume periods Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items while maintaining a positive attitude Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately Experience operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills Ability to maintain a clean workspace in compliance with sanitation standards Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences!
