Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and attentive Server to join our team at private golf course. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and take orders accurately Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods Prepare and serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner Handle POS/Jonas system with precision and attention to detail Manage tables and ensure that all guests receive prompt and courteous service Monitor food safety and quality, and report any issues to management Manage reservations and seating arrangements Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to requests and resolving any issues Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is delivered promptly and to the correct tables Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including the server station and bar Demonstrate excellent time management skills, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple tables simultaneously

Experience:

The ideal candidate will have experience in the food service industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food safety and quality control. Previous experience with Jonas and ForeTees is also highly desirable. A background in Food & Beverage is essential, with a focus on providing a high-quality dining experience.
