Culinary Services SUMMARY Serves meals to guests with the utmost regard to customer service and sanitary guidelines.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

Sets assigned tables in dining room according to standard. Refill condiments as needed. Receives guests into the dining room and assists guests to their tables. Serves guests in dining room according to standards of customer service. Clears guest tables in a dignified manner. Washes all dishes and service-ware in the assigned manner. Performs other cleaning duties as assigned in dining areas and kitchen. Assists in setting, restocking, and breaking down breakfast buffet as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

(EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE

) Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
