Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service Take food and beverage orders accurately Explain menu items, sushi selections, and daily specials Make recommendations based on guests' preferences Deliver food and drinks promptly and accurately Check on guests throughout their meal and ensure a positive experience Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions accurately Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas Communicate effectively with kitchen and front of house staff Follow restaurant health, safety, and sanitation standards Executes side works Fosters teamwork Qualifications Full service restaurant serving experience Sushi or Japanese restaurant experience is a plus Strong knowledge of food and spirits.
