You will:

Welcome every guest with genuine enthusiasm and make them feel at home. Guide guests through our menu, explaining our food, drinks, specials, and experiences. Make thoughtful recommendations based on what each guest enjoys. Be knowledgeable about our burgers, ingredients, preparation methods, cocktails, beers, whiskey, and other offerings. Read your tables and adjust your approach to each guest. Anticipate guest needs before they have to ask. Create memorable interactions through personality, conversation, and genuine hospitality. Maintain a sense of urgency without making the guest feel rushed. Take accurate orders and communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar. Deliver food and beverages with attention to presentation and quality. Check back with purpose—not just because it's part of a checklist. Own the guest experience from beginning to end. Handle guest concerns professionally and work with management to find solutions. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
