What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)At the Front Door (Host Duties):

First Impressions:

Greet every guest with a warm smile and a welcoming attitude.

Seating & Flow:

Manage our seating list, escort guests to their tables, and hand out menus.

Guest Care:

Communicate wait times clearly and keep the lobby area clean and organized.

Phone Support:

Answer incoming calls to help guests with basic questions. On the Floor (Food Runner Duties):

The Hand-off:

Deliver food from the kitchen line to our guests quickly, safely, and accurately.

Quality Check:

Ensure plates look great and match the ticket order before they hit the table.

Teamwork:

Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to keep the dining room running smoothly. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to carry trays and lift up to 1-25 lbs. Comfortable working in a high-energy, busy environment Why This Role Matters This position is essential to creating a seamless dining experience.
