Job Summary We're looking for an energetic and personable Server to join our team at 7 Acre Bar N Grill. In this role, you'll be the friendly face our guests rely on to enjoy their dining experience. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills will help ensure every guest leaves happy and eager to return. If you love working in a vibrant setting and have a passion for hospitality, this is the perfect opportunity to shine. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit. Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha or Micros. Make personalized recommendations and upsell menu items, including cocktails, wines, and spirits. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness. Process transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments via POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms. Assist with setting up tables, bussing, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently followed during service. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a must. Knowledge of POS systems such as Tosat is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately. Experience with beverage service, including cocktails, wine knowledge, spirits, and drink presentation.
