Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations using OpenTable or similar systems, and seat guests efficiently to minimize wait times Provide attentive beverage and food service, including cocktail mixing, wine pouring, and beverage presentation with spirits experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, process sales transactions smoothly, and handle cash or credit payments responsibly Upsell menu items including specialty drinks, desserts, or premium selections to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables promptly, assisting with food handling, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed during busy periods to ensure timely service Foster guest relations through friendly communication, addressing concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Demonstrated ability in serving beverages, including cocktails and spirits, with knowledge of wine pairings and drink presentation techniques Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing sales transactions efficiently Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations, upselling techniques, and handling cash transactions accurately Experience with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic math for order calculations and change handling Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining a positive attitude Knowledge of the food industry trends and excellent communication skills to ensure guest satisfaction at all times Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels exceptional guest experiences!
