Expo / Expediter Pay $15/hr The Expo serves as the key link between the kitchen and front-of-house, ensuring every dish leaving the kitchen meets Porterhouse Grill's quality standards and is delivered accurately and on time. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and organize food orders from the kitchen to the dining room Ensure all plates are properly garnished, consistent, and meet presentation standards Communicate effectively with cooks and servers to maintain smooth service flow Prioritize and time food orders for accuracy and efficiency Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line and pass Assist with running food or plating when necessary

Requirements:

Strong multitasking and communication skills Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment Keen attention to detail and sense of urgency Prior restaurant or kitchen experience preferred Pay is $10/hr +
