Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Skytab or OpenTable Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash and credit card payments with precision Recommend menu items, including wine and spirits, to enhance guest satisfaction through upselling techniques Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness in accordance with food safety regulations Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to maintain smooth operations Skills Extensive experience with POS systems including Skytab and other restaurant management software Strong knowledge of food industry standards, food safety protocols, and sanitation practices Proven ability in fine dining or casual restaurant environments with excellent guest relations skills Culinary experience complemented by beverage expertise in cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink service Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Effective sales techniques such as upselling to increase revenue while enhancing guest experiences Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and process sales quickly under pressure Previous experience in hospitality roles such as serving, bartending, hosting or food handling is highly valued Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes a difference!
