Trisomy 13 Respiratory Care Feeding Tube Dependent Bowel Care Seizure Disorder Responsibilities As the assigned Registered Nurse, you will: Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the patient's home Perform comprehensive nursing assessments Manage respiratory care needs Administer feeding tube nutrition and medications Provide bowel care as ordered Monitor and respond to seizure activity Accurately document all nursing care Communicate with the patient's family, physician, and HC Roots Clinical Team Follow the physician's plan of care while promoting the patient's safety and well-being Why Join HC Roots?
