Responsibilities Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties as needed to support smooth operations Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and kitchen areas Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service and operational excellence Handle customer inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance the guest experience Support other team members during busy periods to ensure efficient service delivery Requirements Must be able to speak, read, and write fluently in both English and Vietnamese Prior experience in food service or kitchen roles is must.
