Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS system. Recommend menu items, upsell specials, and suggest items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, setting up dining areas, or supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast for order entry and sales processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions accurately, and managing tabs Understanding of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences!
