The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to create memorable dining experiences for our members and their guests. Key Responsibilities

• Service Excellence:

  Provide attentive and personalized service to members and guests, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.

• Menu Knowledge:

  Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, wine pairings, and dietary restrictions, to make informed recommendations.

• Table Management:

  Set up and maintain tables to the club's standards, ensuring cleanliness and proper arrangement before, during, and after service.

• Order Taking:

  Accurately take and relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring timely and precise service.

• Food Presentation:

  Serve food and beverages with a focus on presentation and professionalism, adhering to club standards.

• Member Relations:

  Build and maintain positive relationships with members, responding promptly to inquiries and special requests.

• Team Collaboration:

  Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow waitstaff to ensure seamless service and communication throughout dining periods.
• Adherence to

Follow all club policies, procedures, and health regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications

• Previous experience as a waiter in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail pairings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
