Fenders Diner in historic downtown Cornelia, Georgia is currently hiring a Server Lead/Floor Captain. This position will require some hands-on, front of the house leadership responsibilities. Fenders Diner is more than a restaurant - its a destination for the ultimate dining experience. From the famous smash burger, to the live bands and comedy shows, everything is done with style and impeccable service in a modern diner. As we continue the next chapter in our historic space, the passion of our team is to build community while making unforgettable memories. Responsibilities to include, but not limited to: Front of house team leadership Answer reservation inquiries and take and confirm reservations Reconcile daily sales numbers and complete corresponding documentation Coordinating with guests effectively Communicate with our Chef regarding menu updates, changes or daily specials Host lineups with staff

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years restaurant experience Excellent communication skills Outstanding organizational and leadership skills Problem-solving aptitude
