Fenders Diner in historic downtown Cornelia, Georgia is currently hiring a Server Lead/Floor Captain. This position will require some hands-on, front of the house leadership responsibilities. Fenders Diner is more than a restaurant - its a destination for the ultimate dining experience. Responsibilities to include, but not limited to: Front of house team leadership Answer reservation inquiries and take and confirm reservations Reconcile daily sales numbers and complete corresponding documentation Coordinating with guests effectively Communicate with our Chef regarding menu updates, changes or daily specials Host lineups with staff

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years restaurant experience Excellent communication skills Outstanding organizational and leadership skills Problem-solving aptitude
