Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Assist with food handling, preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues swiftly, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Qualifications Previous restaurant experience with a strong foundation in food service, hospitality, or food industry roles Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation enhances service quality Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Experience with fine dining settings or nightclub environments is a plus Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Join us in creating memorable dining experiences where your enthusiasm meets exceptional service!
