City Lines Bar and Grill is an American-themed elevated casual restaurant with a bar, a large dining room, and two great patios. Our restaurant is owned, operated, and managed by people who have spent their entire careers in the restaurant industry. We have seasonal food and cocktail menu changes. We consider ourselves a family and work together as one team. We are constantly trying to find new ways to improve the way we do business and keep up with the new trends in the industry to ensure a great place to work for our employees and a great place to visit for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order Attend to customers upon entrance Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages Take and serve orders Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude Issue bills and accept payment Requirements Attention to cleanliness and safety Patience and customer-oriented approach Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude Responsible and trustworthy A high school diploma is a plus but not required Must be 18+ years old to obtain a alcohol serving permit Frequently asked questions What does a Server do?
