Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and answer questions about food, beverages, and specials with enthusiasm. Serve food and beverages efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation and safety. Upsell menu items like premium spirits or specialty cocktails to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Manage cash handling and processing payments accurately while balancing cash drawers at shift end. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food safety, proper food handling, and timely delivery of orders in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years or older. Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours while maintaining quality service. Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities. Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a dynamic restaurant or hospitality setting.
