Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders, payments, and refunds efficiently Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling procedures with precision and integrity Assist with food preparation when needed, ensuring quality standards and food safety protocols are maintained Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and food handling surfaces in compliance with sanitation standards Support food service operations by bussing tables, refilling supplies, and assisting kitchen staff during busy periods Qualifications Previous experience in food service, quick service or fast-food restaurant environments is highly preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with cashiering procedures Culinary experience or background in the food industry is a plus Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and effective communication abilities Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order processing Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining high energy levels Join us to be part of a lively atmosphere where your dedication makes every guest feel valued.
